If you are concerned about sending your jewelry through Fed-x, do not worry I have never had any problems. If you do not like their offer, they will send back the pieces you do not want to sell. I didn't know where to sell my dental gold so i looked on line and found Express Good. I emailed them, i had a kit sent to me, and it arrived in a matter of day. All the postage was paid for and insured and it was overnight Fed Ex. I followed the instructions, sent it off on a Sunday, and on Tuesday they had my kit. I was told it might take 24 hours but later that same day i heard back from them with a price for my gold.
